We use Stripe for secure online payments. You can pay with any major credit or debit card during checkout. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
We require a $50 refundable security deposit for all hookah rentals. This deposit is fully refundable after we pick up the equipment and confirm it's in good condition. The refund process typically takes 3-5 business days.
We require 21+ ID verification upon delivery. Our professional delivery team will check your valid government-issued ID before completing the delivery to ensure compliance.
No cleaning is required. We handle all the deep cleaning and sanitization. Any damage to equipment will incur additional fees, but normal wear is expected.
We offer convenient evening delivery slots: 6-8 PM, 8-10 PM, and 10-12 AM. We pick up the equipment the next morning between 9-11 AM.
We currently deliver all throughout Tampa and surrounding areas. Check our service area map during checkout.
Cancellations are accepted up to 2 hours before your scheduled delivery time for a full refund. Same-day cancellations may incur a small processing fee.
