5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before your scheduled delivery time to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 2 hours before your scheduled delivery time are not eligible for a refund.

No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.

All equipment provided by Puff & Go remains the property of Puff & Go. You are responsible for the equipment while it is in your possession.

You agree to use the equipment responsibly and as instructed. You will be liable for any damage to the equipment caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions.
